• Upload or transmit any malicious code or harmful content

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, trademarks, and materials on Ultra IPTV Store’s platform are the property of Ultra IPTV Store or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the service for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Content Availability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the last 30 days.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of Pakistan.
