1. Introduction

Welcome to Ultra IPTV Store (us, we, our). By using our site www.ultraiptvstore.com and buying any of our IPTV subscription packages, you will be agreeing to be governed by these Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms & conditions very carefully before making your purchase.

Ultra IPTV Store provides Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) subscription services, including access to live TV channels, Video on Demand (VOD), movies, series, and sports content delivered via internet connection.

Our service is provided as a resale of IPTV streaming access and is intended for personal, non-commercial use only unless you have purchased a Reseller Plan.

3. Eligibility

  • Upon accepting our service, you acknowledge the following:
  • You are an adult aged 18 or older
  • You have legal rights to use IPTV services in your jurisdiction
  • Your intention of using the service is for legitimate reasons only
  • You will not distribute your login details to anyone else without permission

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Ultra IPTV Store offers the following subscription durations:

  • 1 Month — €15
  • 3 Months — €35
  • 6 Months — €45
  • 12 Months — €65

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed at the time of purchase are final for that transaction.

Payment is required in full before activation. We accept payments via the methods listed on our website or communicated via WhatsApp/Telegram at the time of order.

5. Activation & Delivery

Upon successful payment confirmation, your M3U link or Xtream Codes (server URL, username, and password) will be delivered to you instantly via WhatsApp or Telegram. Delivery is typically completed within minutes of payment being received.

Ultra IPTV Store is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details provided by the customer.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since we provide our services digitally and deliver login credentials instantly, all purchases made from us are non-refundable. Once subscription credentials have been provided to the customer, no refunds will be available.

We can assist the customer if he or she encounters any real technical difficulties. If there is an issue that we cannot solve in a reasonable amount of time, we can possibly provide some sort of credit on the service.

Our free trials exist so that customers can try out our service before buying it. We would highly recommend everyone to take advantage of our free trial.

 

7. Acceptable Use Policy

By opting for Ultra IPTV Store, you understand that you are not supposed to:

Provide your login details to other users besides yourself and your family members

Sell, sub-license or re-sell your individual subscription

Abuse this service for any illegal activity or purposes

Reverse engineer, tamper or hack into our servers and systems

Utilize automated means to gain access to the service

Any breach of the terms stated above would result in the immediate cancellation of your subscription without any compensation.

 

8. Reseller Panel Terms

  • For those of you who have registered on our IPTV Reseller Panel, the additional terms applicable to you include:
  • IPTV reseller credits once purchased cannot be refunded
  • It is your job to manage your customers and provide them with customer support
  • You are not allowed to make false claims about our services to your customers
  • Ultra IPTV Store has the right to suspend/terminate your reseller account in case of breach of above terms
  • It is the responsibility of the reseller to comply with the local laws related to IPTV distribution

9. Service Availability & Uptime

The Ultra IPTV Store boasts of 99.9% uptime servers and AntiFreeze technology to provide users with a smooth buffering free experience. However, Ultra IPTV Store cannot ensure a constant connection as there might be certain external factors beyond our control that include:

ISP problems on the user’s side

Server maintenance either scheduled or emergency

Natural events beyond our control such as force majeure events.

 

10. Device Compatibility

The application works on various devices like Amazon Firestick, Smart TVs, Android TV Box, MAG Box, iOS and Android smartphones, and Windows/Mac personal computer. The client needs to make sure that his device supports all necessary specifications for IPTV streaming.
